Full payment must be made before materials are ordered.

Please refer to our 'Finance - PayItMonthly' section in the navigation if you'd like to go down the 0% interest finance route.

Temperature in property must be at least 18 degrees for fitting, work will not commence if this temperature isn't met.

All furniture/appliances must be removed from the area due to be fitted, our fitters will not remove any furniture from the area without prior engagement.

We do not move appliances at all.

All old flooring must be uplifted before fitters arrive on site, unless we have prior engagement regarding this, if not uplifted you'll be charged an uplift fee.

This includes removing staples from previous underlay.

Luxury Vinyl Tiles & Engineered Vinyl (Click-System) require skirtings to be removed prior to us fitting the product, this ensures a seamless finish.

Please let us know if this isn't possible.

Carpets require skirtings before fitting.

If the room has been recently decorated then please make sure there's no plaster/paint on the subfloor, you may get charged an additional labour cost if the fitters have to scrape your floor.

We cannot take responsibility for damage to finishings, such as gloss painted skirtings or stairs, these areas tend to flake off with the nature of fitting flooring and is sometimes unavoidable for us if the areas haven't been prepped accordingly.
